Information we collect

When you sign up for listing alerts we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number (if you provide it), the neighborhoods you choose, whether you agreed to receive text messages, and the date and time you signed up.

How we use it

We use your information to send the new listing alerts you asked for by email and, if you opted in, by text message; to respond to your questions; and to provide real estate services you request.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, such as our email and text-message delivery provider (Brevo), our website host (Netlify) and our customer relationship management system, solely to deliver our services to you.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information won’t be shared with any third parties.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email alerts at any time with the link in every email. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to update or delete your information by emailing Ricky@rickyestera.com or calling 561-212-0111.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
